一、Apply Process

1、E-Resume Delivery on the Internet：If you are interested, please send your resume as an attachment to the company's recruitment mailbox： hr@shinwa.com.cn。

Note：（1）The deadline for electronic resume delivery is 14:00 p.m. the next day after the end of the seminar for "R&D" posts and 24:00 p.m. for all other posts.

（2）The positions recruited by each school are different. Detailed information will be based on the posters posted by our school's employment network or Shinwa (China) Industries Ltd.

2、Written resume delivered on site at the seminar

Shinwa will hold campus recruitment fairs for new students in some universities in 2014. Please see your campus recruitment information release for specific time arrangement. You can also login to Shinwa's "Recruitment of Talents" page. The relevant information will be published in the company's "Recruitment of Talents" page.

All positions can submit written resumes at the recruitment seminar of Shinwa Company. Please pay attention to the "Campus Recruitment Seminar Tour of Shinwa (China) Industries Ltd." and welcome all students to attend.

Description: Written resume strives for complete information, clarity, conciseness and authenticity. For those majors who have issued transcripts, please attach copies of transcripts and recommendation forms.

3、Written examination

According to the selected resume list, the company arranges written examinations in the universities where the seminar is held.

4、Interview (retest)

The interview will be arranged in the city where the seminar is held. The specific information will be notified to you by E-mail or telephone in advance. Please keep your personal communication tools open and keep an eye on progress. Please bring the following information to the interview：

A. Personal Detailed Resume

B. Original and photocopies of certificates, including identity cards, English grade certificates, award-winning certificates, other certificates, etc.

C. Original and copies of transcripts

D. School Recommendation Form

E. Pens or water pens.

Note: 1. Please bring your resume, original transcript, original recommendation form, English certificate and other relevant certificates with you during the interview.

2. There is no special requirement for dress during the interview. Clean and neat, simple and generous will do.

5、Interview Result Feedback

The company will inform the results of the interview by E-mail or telephone. Please keep your personal communication tools open and pay attention to the progress.

6、Sign an agreement

7、Join in letter China

After obtaining the diploma, degree certificate, English Grade 4 (6) certificate (or other language corresponding grade), dispatch certificate, please report to the company on time according to the notice in Shinwa Company's webpage bulletin board.

二、Interview guide
